What I have been doing:
-I have worked on my stringer stripes cutting strips that I will lie across my board to strengthen it.
-I have started to design my mold shape that I will use top give my board shape.
-I have kept my blog up to date.
What I Will Do Next term:
-Do CAD design of my board on Solid Works a 3D design program
-Start putting my blog together in the layer process.
-Build my stencil for my art work on my board.
-More Blog work.

Reflection Term 1 Week 9
Reflection Term 1 Week 9
What I have been doing:-I cut the stripes that I will lie across the inside of the board. I had to make sure they were all the same size so that the board would not have weak spots which could cause it to snap.
-I have been having problems with my calender on my blog and spent a lot of time on Wednesday but it still isn't working it is possible that there is a problem with the school sever.
What I will be doing next week:
-I hope to start making my mold for my board out of MDF. This is what I will use to hold my board in shape when I started to layer it up with the Flax stringer, epoxy resin and marine ply wood.
-I hope to possibly started the putting together of the stringer and marine.

What I have been doing:
- Worked on stringer.
- Finished stringer and flattened it in sheets of MDF that are clamped together
- Worked on blog
- Check out test it had good bend and seemed very strong
What I will be doing next week:
- Put marine ply, epoxy resin and flax into a mold
- Work on blog
- Do some CAD design of my long board using Solid Works

What I have been doing:
- I have started work on the stinger which we are using stripes of flax's weaved into a mat, sealed inside marine ply and fiber glass and held together by an epoxy resin.
-We created a test using marine ply, F3 adhesive and stripes of flax
-Worked on my blog
What I will be doing next week:
- To finish my stringer and compress it to make it flat to use for my board
- Check on test
- Worked on my blog
